Lucia Cefala’, The Master Chef on the left, and Adriana Capodiferro, the “Pizza Queen,” on the right, are the pillars of the Calabria Club’s cuisine. Both extraordinary in their respective roles and tireless as rocks, they lead with passion and discipline a team that exudes tradition and family.

The Nonne on a Mission! Leading this extraordinary team of grandmothers in the restaurant kitchen is Sam Sposato, the Club President—a wise mediator, a master of daily diplomacy, with a forward-looking and engaging vision, able to transform the contributions of individual volunteers into a truly synergistic effort!
